Field Service Technician in Amsterdam、Frankfurt Project——Spain Job Purpose : The Field Service Technician is a member of field service team employed by Kangni Technology Service S.A.R.L to perform after sales service of railway door systems for our customer (CAF--262 C/Anaka 13 IRUN Espana and Alstom ---Carretera B-140, km 7.5, 08130, Santa Perpetua Mogoda, Barcelona, Spain） Field Service Technician is expected to work an 8am- 4pm schedule, Monday to Friday. There may be some additional hours depends on the needs of daily task. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: ·Diagnose rail car door system issues ·Inspect, Install, replace, repair door systems of rail cars ·Load, unload, and manage spare parts ·Response client’s feedback (call or e-mail) to provide after-sales service in time ·Execute company’s policy and procedure Qualifications: ·High school diploma in Mechanic or electric related areas or equivalent work and training experience ·Experience in mechanical industry is preferred ·Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively ·Good custom service skills and interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with our clients ·Willing to work extra hours or take short term business trip when needed ·Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus Compensation |
